Mini Mall - Gift Shop M1

Description
Its got everything a mall could ever need!

Well it is a gift shop will ever need! And a little over, taking the idea of looks over function but hey how often are you really inside one of these places? If you are going to make something look nice might as well waste an extra quarter million dollars getting this put in. It has its own gym! Customers may not care but you can!



The mall is split into a few sections and can be adjusted to fit other store types. The list includes...
A Gift shop
A Flower Shop
A Comic book store (Picture books)
An Electronics store
2 split bathrooms
2 family / accessible bathrooms (One inside the back store)
A Janitors closet
An info desk
A management office
A security room / lockup (4 lockers, I think its enough but may need more)
Storage room (walled off in two)
Employee lounge room
A Gym with bathroom / locker room (not functional / no profit)
A cafe stand (fake / disabled to keep capacity full)

With that big list, better break down of just rooms,
2 small shops
2 medium shops
1 large shop
1 Main bathroom area

I hope you enjoy! if you have any ideas for this to make it even better feel free to share. I recorded myself making most of this on youtube if you want to watch the process it took a few hours but I think its worth it!

Awesime @funki its a fun game, Got a lot of hours in and have not done close to everything yet. I find just taking it slow and remembering to not spend all you money on sunday at 11:59 has been some great bits of advice.

Hope you enjoy, Can really modify this mall into some of the other cool stores too. Was thinking of making it a clothing store in the next week or so. May try and upload that version if i remember

Okay, yeah through Kristian Bahood or the Office Installers place. I see. Thanks, socer! Yeah, loving the game been grinding, but haven't experimented or hit up workshop yet, so yea.

You will need to contact an interior design company to install it just like any blueprint, i think the games tutorial walks through that step, if you subscribe to anything in the workshop they will show up there.

:) Glad to hear you like it! I got plenty more in store and for sure didn't just quickly record the latest an hour before scheduled upload time! Will have more time to record tonight... I think.

Do I need to buy all the items or does it buy the items for you and do it? I just started the game a couple days ago and have more than a mil, haven't touched workshop yet.
