Project Lyra

In the year 2179, humanity stands on the edge of a cosmic breakthrough. After centuries of searching, Earth’s astronomers detect a faint but stable signal emanating from the Lyra constellation specifically from the region surrounding Vega, a star long suspected to harbor advanced intelligence.
To investigate, Project Lyra is launched: a deep-space expedition deploying three prototype spacecraft, each equipped with the newly developed Quantum Surge Drive, capable of bending spacetime and traversing interstellar distances in minutes.
These vessels Nova One, Nebula Runner, and Photon Blade are the pinnacle of human engineering. Forged from adaptive alloys and powered by dark energy reactors, they are designed to withstand gravitational anomalies, solar flares, and the unknown forces lurking beyond the heliopause.
Each ship is piloted by a crew of elite astro-navigators, chosen not just for their skill but for their resilience. The mission is simple: reach Vega, decode the signal, and make first contact if contact is even possible.
But the journey is anything but simple. As the ships surge into the void, they encounter wormholes, collapsing stars, and time distortions that test the limits of human perception. Communication with Earth becomes fragmented. The crew begins to experience visions—echoes of civilizations long gone, or perhaps glimpses of what lies ahead.
