Expanded Deathfalls

Similar premise as that tomaz fall script, but now instead expanding on falls that will kill you.

In terms of things this does:
-Survivors will now play shorter fall screams if they don't fall a large distance, restoring some unused L4D1 fall lines.
-Survivors will now play fall screams via scenes, so subtitles will now appear, the weird pitch shifting is gone, and will restore an unused Ellis fall scream.
-Falling a fatal distance will cause you to play the falling animation and ragdoll when you hit the ground, just like if you fell after hanging off a ledge.
-Survivors will explode into chunks after a fatal fall

Survivors exploding and the replaced fall screams can be disabled in the settings file located in ems/ExpandedDeathFalls/Settings.cfg
