Friendly Fire Camera Shake Disabler

Description
Just what title said. There is another vscript that disables camera shake from bots which shoots at/through you. So instead, I converted some lines in that vscript to have players shoot at/through us in servers that has friendly fire damage disabled. Enjoy.

Speak of another vscript.. Here's the credit to this author, 4512369781, who made one for bots!

This mod alone disables the camera shake, not FF damage. You could find one in the workshop, but indeed griefers are common to this day.
