Adventurer Regime Change CBs

Description
This mod introduces 4 new casus belli for landless adventurers only: Regime Change CB, to Republic, Theocracy, Administrative, or Clan. The prestige cost of the CBs scale with the target realm size. Regime Change CBs can't be used against head of faiths and holy orders. The AI can not use this CB.

The Theocracy Regime Change CB can't be used against characters whose faith does not allow for theocracies.

The Administrative Regime Change CB can only be used against kings and emperors, and it also converts their feudal/clan vassals to administrative.

The Clan Regime Change CB also converts all of the target's feudal/administrative vassals to clans.
