Ultimate Colors for 'Ultimate Expanded Field Command' based on 'Ultimate Colorful Historic Flags' by JasonXIA.

Load *BEFORE* UEFC

Introduces rich and unique colors and mon for all 150+ factions.
Adds cloth texture, stops mons from covering unit type and experience indicators, and fixes misaligned banner edge from JasonXIA's UCHF.
Replaces experience indicators on banners with Japanese numbers.

BETA
Tested only in Sengoku campaign.
Missing faction selection buttons.
Untested naval battles.
Untested with standalone Expanded Japan.
Satomi faction not finished.
