(AGoT) Dragonegatinator

This is a tiny, simple mod made by request with a singular function:

It adds a decision to kill every dragon if any happen to exist, including your own.

It should be pretty compatibility resilient, if anything messes with the dragon trait (renaming it) it will mess with this. Anything with the dragon trait will die when you fire the decision.
