Deed Mutators Selector [Fix]

Fixed version of Mutator Selector, allows custom activation of various mutators in the game.

This is a fixed version of an old mod from 2018. Special thanks to the original mod author prop joe.

Some incomplete or unstable mutators have been blacklisted to prevent game crashes.
If you find any fully functional mutators mistakenly added to the blacklist, please leave a comment.

IMPORTANT: Ensure correct mod load order - in the launcher, place the dependency mods shown on the right above this mod.
