Better Enchanters and Merchants (v.1)

Description

This mod rebalances wandering enchanters and merchants

Enchanter changes

Greatly increases the spawn rate of Stat, Luck, Grandmaster enchanters and Socketer in all the areas.
Enchants from Borris (Stat) are always powerful.
Enchants from Filip (Luck) are always powerful.

Merchant changes

Increased the number of Spells being sold by merchants (Collector of Fine Things). No more hopping towns to get the desired spell.
Increased the number of Rings, Necklaces, Belts sold by merchants (Collector of Fine Things).
Increased the number of Socketables sold by merchants (Collector of Fine Things). Atleast 1 Blood Ember, 1 Void Ember, 1 Iron Ember, 1 Chaos Ember is sold by them.
Increased the number of items sold by Boon the Collector. He also now sells Set Rings, Necklaces and Belts.
