Knight Mercenaries

Description
Adds the Baron's various knights into the mercenary pools for all vanilla factions. Recruits as a single, regular unit (not a commander) for gold and iron.

There is a "Phantasmal Knight". Don't think there ever was a Phantasm Knight.

I don't think the phantasm knight is a vanilla unit anymore? It doesn't appear as I would expect in mercenary offers, but I do play with a lot of mods.
