Description
Update for Stellaris 4.1 to Master of the Planet Mod

Adds new Arcology Types

Requires new Ascension Perk to be picked as well as either Hive World, Machine World or Arcology Project Ascension Perk to be picked before that

After that unlocks new Decisions for creating specialised Arcologies on any Planet
