Hive Cybernetics Moved Eternal Laboratory Buildings

I wasn’t happy with the placement of The Eternal Laboratory in Hive Cybernetics, the spot its in is a great base location. I have moved it a bit south so its in the general area still (there are screenshots).

You can use this on an existing save via import, but personally, I recommend starting a new save if you really want to build in this location.

To note, I apologise if this does not work 100% as intended, this if my first time making a change to another mod and mainly made this for personal use, but decided to publish to workshop.
