This mod adds Romania under communist dictator Nicolae Ceausescu to the game! Balloon your population to unsustainable heights with ill-informed policy choices, demolish beloved institutions to help build your vanity projects, pretend your wife knows anything about chemistry, and build up your forces in anticipation of the inevitable revolution that comes for your heads.

This mod replaces the City-State of Bucharest with Karvuna.

Romania - Nicolae Ceausescu

Sistematizarea: Selling Buildings provides their Production cost towards the current project, doubled if the empire is Unhappy. +5% Food retained upon city growth per Social Policy tree completed or Level 3 Ideological Tenet adopted.

Garzile Patriotice: Unique Anti-Aircraft Gun. Unlocked earlier with Replaceable Parts, but has a lower Combat Bonus against Aircraft (75 vs 150). While garrisoned in a City, offsets Production penalties from Unhappiness. Garzile Patriotice may spawn for free when Barbarian units are present in Romanian territory.

ICECHIM: Replacing the Research Lab for Ceausescu's Romania, the ICECHIM costs less to construct (425 vs 500) but initially provides less Science than a standard Research Lab (+20% vs +50%). Science and Production output in cities with an ICECHIM is increased by +10% per Tier 3 Ideological Tenet adopted.

Includes mod support for Cultural Diversity, and JFDLC.
