I recommend the 81 Tiles 2 mod to unlock the entire map.

There’s a three-lane highway connection at the edge of the map, which you can access with the 81 Tiles 2 mod. By default, a single lane two-way highway leads into the starting tile. If you want to add or adjust connections, I suggest using the Unlimited Outside Connections Revisited 1.1 mod.

Screenshots were taken using the Laviante 2.0 theme and the Real Neutral (Non Relight Colorless) LUT. These are optional, feel free to use any theme or LUT you'd like.
