Paint Natural Stone

Description
Allows painting of natural rock (floors and walls).

Note: The screenshot lies a little - you can't paint under the rock wall, so without dev mode you get an edge of natural-colored stone around it. If you avoid painting the floor next to a natural rock wall that won't be an issue.
