NPC Station Fake Spy Barrels

1. Park barrels at any public NPC station, fuel the reactor if you want it to last longer

2. Use a ship or station with a sleeper receiver antenna (antenna turned on and set at 1m range) with a relay to trigger an alarm when it receives signal on channel 1 from the barrels, max range is 50km from the barrels

3. The barrels will send you a notification and a relay signal when it detects another player that's not in or allied to your faction
