Adds Compatibility withthe Techtree Overhaul and Arendelle's (2) Revised Tech-Tree Overhaul


Introduces Energy as a concept, creating a more dynamic and potentially challenging late game
Energy is a strategic resource created by Power plants. Energy is required to build all modern buildings (excluding power plants and wonders), making it quite the priority once discovering the Electricity technology.
You and the AI can trade electricity.

The production bonus for Hydro, Solar, Nuclear, and Wind was changed into engineering slots.
Added Coal and Oil Power Plants.
Hydro Plant generates 3 Energy, and gives Food from river tiles
Solar Plant generates 3 Energy instead of Production
Nuclear Plant generates 10 Energy instead of Production
Added a small national building Electrical Laboratory.
Every building (excluding Power Plants and Wonders) in the Modern Era and beyond requires at least 1 Energy.
