EMERGENCY SOS DIALLER

Description
Community advocates have requested a small, innocuous, easily concealable device which can autonomously generate a distress signal over a common telephone line. Our experience with miniaturisation and cost optimisation has us placed high on the bidding list.

There are no user controls on the device; simply plug it into a phone socket, and it will automatically place a call to the emergency services using SOS in Morse code. An internal, factory-configurable set of jumpers is used to select the correct three-digit phone number for the region of sale.

Have at it. It's a surprisingly subtle problem to solve within the game's constraints, despite how straightforward the requirements are.

Used a LC70G04 inverter for the hook and 4 CPUs in total. I feel there's room for optimization.
