High - T2 Evolving Daylight Spear

Description
Adds a T4 evolved Bright Lancer, capable of promoting from the T2 High Spear unit, similar to the Feudal units.

Not meant to be balanced! Though if you notice it feels weak, I will buff it :)

The T4 Bright Lancer is always mounted (sorry - too lazy to make it optional), has a unique appearance, and has T4 stats. It also has a 'Brilliant Strike' skill which hits enemies in a one hex AOE and gives them guaranteed Blind. This should pair nicely with Shadow Blades and hopefully is fairly thematic!

No DLC required.
