Yes these are supposed to replace the soldier, zombine and metrocop textures if you don't understand what "retexture" means

(download required item if you want rebels to have the same vest as the metrocops cause someone ported earlier it then me!!!)

fun fact: i actually had to paste the front part of the vest to the back and completely edit it to actually look different

i don't think anyone did tbf, it looks super ugly and out of place + it has the synth logo on it, implying that combine soldiers are synths i guess???
