Description

Mixes an edited version of the SCAR from Contagion with edited M16A4 animations from No More Room in Hell.
Giving my nmrih ports a spin. Yet another one from the backlog.

Replaces the M16.

Removed vertical grip and siderail covers
Mashup of 2 reloads of the NMRiH M16A4
Alternative vanilla style flashlight
Tweaked textures and shading
Includes 2 alternative TLS skins
