I've seen a few mods around the workshop that already do this, this is my take on it though.

Allows right clicking anyone, including yourself, and changing their gender.
Intrigue decision to hide the option when you're done with whatever you're doing.

I made this quickly to help me setup some of my challenge scenarios, it was annoying because I needed specifically a daughter to avoid the agnatic inheritance system and I kept getting sons >.>
