Removes the historic roads already present on the map when a new game begins.

This version of the mod must be loaded after Imperator: Invictus. For other versions:

No Starting Roads (Vanilla)
No Starting Roads (Terra Indomita)
No Starting Roads (Classical Rework)
No Starting Roads (Bronze Age)
