Welcome to the Broken vision! After Germany succesfully Signed a conditional peace with Britain they moved on to the soviets. The soviets would finally surrender in late 1947. Right after The Amerikanbomber plane would terrorbomb newyork. Fear about an invasion of the US would spread, thus the KKK and other pro nazi groups would declare the "Southern revolution" to break away and form the confederation, while that the american nazi party would erupt another civil war but while all of this the White house has signed an armistice with berlin ending the war. In this scenario the saharan plan of the germans went horribly wrong with entire colonies loosing green and becoming desert wastelands. The japanese also failed with the co prospherity sphere miserbaly as the second chinese civil war would erupt and indonesia would break away while that the european aeconomic and military alliance of "Greater europe" would wage a coldwar against the sovergein nations alliance. The west is fractured, the Germans are collapsing and the soviets are intact.
