Description
does what it says.
Available to all factions with bretonnian culture.
The chivalry units become available 1 by 1 every 10 turns to prevent spawning late game units too early. This restriction can be adjusted and removed with MCT.

you should remove the ability to pay for them with gold as well, unless it is a mod conflict from my side,
