Added the “paris” from “Halo” to the game

While exploring the vision, the Pioneers discovered a large capital ship with some kind of weapon penetration, and after a period of reverse research, the blueprint for the battleship was obtained. Named the Paris Class based on the livery on the hull, it was not rolled out due to the need for old-time technology for production, but blueprints were provided for sale
