Battle Rifles and Strike Rifles + Iridar's Five Tier Weapon Overhaul - Compatibility

Description
This mod fixes the research projects and stats associated with Battle Rifles and Strike Rifles to be in-line with Iridar's Five Tier Weapon Overhaul.

All stats are the exact same except that they are just swapped around to match the tier progression of Five Tier Weapon Overhaul.

Conventional - Magnetic - Coil - Laser - Beam

Also, this fixes the issue of the Magnetic versions spawning in Coil tier and vice versa...
