[GÀIDHLIG] Scottish Gaelic Language Pack [1.0]

Description
Adds Gàidhlig (Scottish Gaelic) to the game (Wilson only so far). Compatible with Base, ROG, Shipwrecked and Hamlet.

Translation was done in a hurry (over, like, two weeks, mostly?) by one person (me) because we desperately need more video games that are playable in the language. As a result, please expect typos, and a lot of translations that are kind of flimsy.

Next update will add support for Willow.
