Description
This is the first automatic Anti-blinder for Expression2! Required concmd.

If you don’t have concmd enabled, you need to turn it ON by typing "wire_expression2_concmd 1" in the console. However, if you have enabled concmd but the script still stops working, then it’s an issue with the permissions that the server administration has set for Expression2.
