"Defector" plays more often

Description
Allows "defector" to have a chance to play in any tense situation on any map, this track used to play only on suzhou.

(replaces/modifies game_sounds_music.txt)

That would be amazing! Honestly, I apologize that I have no idea, this music "Defector" if it does play with Goose's Unused Music Mod (Edit) :steamfacepalm:
