PHX PM1 Mining Drone

Description
The PM1 Mining Drone is an automated mining drone based on the XU-3 Auto Mining Drone design with some updates.

This drone has been optimized for multiplayer servers. The drone features Remote Control mining capabilities as well as Basic Space Engineers AI capabilities. This drone can also be used with the SCAM Mining Script. The drone uses hydrogen thrusters, can process its own ice and can operate in both space and atmosphere.

@Meya Link to SCAM has been added to the description, I'm sure it'll also work with PAM with minimal editing.
