Darksouls Boss Bar

Description
Darksouls boss health meter at bottom of screen whenever near unique mutants. These include Chimera, Pseudogiant, Burer, Poltergeist, Cat, Deer, Bloodsucker as well as the 4 human bosses towards the endgame.

Requires patch v1.6 or later

  • BUGFIX: CTD during controller scripted sequence when first entering X5
** NOTE: Controllers and Poltergeists become aware of you whenever you are in range of a telekinesis attack.

CONFIGURABLE OPTIONS
The following options are exposed for user customization in the user's Engine.ini file.

BarSize
The maximum allowed size for the Healthbar height.
FontSize
The font point size to use for the Enemy Name.
Opacity
Opacity of the bar and Enemy Name.

@TheSpookiestSkeleton, @OneBug, the CTD Bug with the scripted sequence when entering X5 should now be fixed. Let me know if you see anything else that is causing any issues. Sorry it took so long but this was a very odd interaction that was pretty difficult to iron out a solid fix for.

@OneBug, I also had another person report the same on NexusMods. Seems I need to test that forced interaction quest node more. I have an idea about what may be happening though after looking that the X15 logic level code.

Im also getting the bug where my game crashes after the controller eye shutting thang.. (had to search through all my mods just to find that my favourite was the one causing it :c) So it is definitely still prevalent

@TheSpookiestSkeleton, I am familiar with that bugged effect interaction as a beta tester. It is unrelated to this mod but rather a bugged quest-trigger the attempts to force a specific player effect right after that door is open. That should have been fixed just prior to 1.6. so it is odd that you are still seeing it.

I'm getting a crash when using this mod when I'm at X5 and I go through the door with a controller behind it. There's an eyes shutting thing
