Better Nightvision

Description
Adds items that have a better buff variant of Night Vision!

There are two consumables.
One turns nightvision on for a set amount of time, while the other turns it off.
There is also a toggle item where you can toggle nightvision on and off.

You have to spawn it in, it's for roleplay. I can make a craftable version in a minute though! :D

how do you get night vision in the first place? is it a mask or potion or ??

Watched Kitten making the mod, its incredibly useful for building at night, or spying on other players.
Highly, highly reccomend.
