While this imposing figure may be very scary, theres a good chance you won't see him in your liftime. The CEO of the ISCC is just a front man, Mr. X runs everything in the background. No records of him exist, he is incredibly maticulus, and always covers his tracks so well that its like no one was ever there. He can be seen, if you look close enough, in the background of almost any important ISCC related event, watching and waiting. The only evidence of his existance is eye witnesses, if they live long enough to tell anyone.

This was a really fun and hard character to make, but I hope you like him. Please feel free to change or modify anything.
