AD Roll Control and Ground Steering
Space FWD thrust
L.Alt REV Thrust
F Flaps
G Gears

Once airborne, retract gears then flaps. (Unless for terrain clearance, maintain flaps deployed)
Gear retraction moves CG rearwords, causing wing & flaps lift to be significantly more impactful.
