Unlock tank slots 1.16

- Added 8 new slots to the tank designer. These and below do not affect or modify existing slots.
- The options for each new slot are copied from the original slots.
- The maximum count for each component has been increased by 10 times.

For the special project "Land Cruiser":
- Removed the 5-factory limit of "Land Cruiser"
- The newly added slots of "Land Cruiser" are universal slots

### Q&A

#### Slots exist but are locked and cannot be selected

There is a mod conflict. Check which other mods have modified `tank_classis.txt`and manually resolve the conflict using the guidelines in the `README.md`.

#### Does the AI use the ship slots or do they just use preexisting designs?

AI only uses preset templates, and this fact can be verified via the `tag` command in the console.
