Improves the domestic panel.

Features
  • Display country gold reserve, weekly balance, and construction points in the domestic panel
  • Make the sections collapsible for organization

Compatibility
Other mods should work with this as long as it doesn't change the country_politics_panel.gui file

God I am so thankful. Switching tags to see if I was progressing ahead of other or not was always so annoying.

Too bulky. Why have 2 separate headers for "Laws", when you could just have a single drop down and thin your UI down by half?
