Diving Suit Role Rework

Diving Suit Role Rework reworks the roles assigned to the main three diving suits.
-Normal Diving Suits now are able to survive up to 5750m of water pressure, same as the Combat Diving Suit.
-Combat Diving Suits have had their protection values adjusted, to offer more combat-related protection, but less in the way of environmental protection.
-With these changes, the Abyssal Diving Suit now serves as more of an intermediary between the other two, with the higher pressure standards notwithstanding.
This mod will conflict with anything that modifies these three diving suits.
