Damaging Chainsaw Shoves

Obviously inspired by Geebanger0's Lethal Chainsaw Shoves

What it does:
- Shove with chainsaw deals 500 damage special infected. (The witch is not a special infected)
- The chainsawyer will lose 1 fuel per special infected hit
- chainsaw.gore sound will play.
- blood_melee_slash_TP particle will play

Scripts referenced to make this:
- Tomaz's Jockey Leap Audio Cue for me to figure out EmitAmbientSoundOn
- RF's Keep Ammo On Reload VScript for me to figure out active weapon "m_iClip1" manipulation
- ChimiChamo's Use Defibrillator as Weapon for me to steal info_particle_target and info_particle_system spawn mechanism. He says he stole it himself too according to the script comments, but I don't know from whom.
