4.1 Planet View Edit

Description
this is the 4.1 version

- planet view ui is expanded downwards
- layout is completely rearranged
- planet background no longer stretched out just to fill space, added margin puts emphasis on planet governor
- jobs/"economy" tab is swapped with "management" tab on the bar (press X instead)
- collapsed jobs tab to fit perfectly in the new area, closed up some empty space

"with UI mod"..? I'm assuming you mean UIOD. I don't use UIOD.

Cool and good mod. But the mod seems not 100% work with UI mod
