A base for creating custom PAC3 characters

No finger posing; just a blocky humanoid.

contains:
1. Cube Person Base
2. Built in texture controller (allows you to edit the entire models texture/colour in PAC3
3. Segmented parts within PAC3; allows for more experienced players to edit and reshape the model without relying too heavily on the PAC3 bones system.
