Thanks for letting me know. I was able to add the cryo particle and fog in the recent update. I went ahead and fixed the ambient sound at the end too.

Hey, you should add the Vulcan DLC as required on the item, it should be somewhere on the right side bar to add required DLC. Also about that cryo particle thing, they are embedded into the Cryogenesis level file IRC, so you have to copy the particles and put them into your maps file or something like that, sorry been a while since I have done it so I don't remember exact details. Looks good tho!

Hey Mason thanks for the advice! I was trying to use some cryo vapor particle effects and fog from Cryogenesis but was having issues with saving the UDK file with that, since those arent included in the package for some reason. I did figure it out and thanks to one of the community members for helping me with that. So the latest update will have the fog and cryo vapor. Im still learning how to add sounds to the game, since the steam guide didnt go over it. Ill take a look at it and experiment too.

Adding some other ambient noises would add to the atmosphere, I see you do have the AmbientNonLoop sound node but it only has one sound wave, if you look at official levels the devs usually added several different noises. Generally it's a good idea to look at official levels to get an idea of how the developers made something.

But overall great map :butter:

Some sort of particle effects would be nice, like a cryo vapor or something similar like what is found in the official Cryogenesis map, it would be fitting considering this map seems to be cryo themed. A more consistent light theme would bring the map together, there are a bit too many lights which are different colors and a lot of them use plain white. Pure white lights are a bit unnatural and make some areas seem too pristine. Sticking with warm or cool shades of light is generally a good idea. Just avoid pure white. But mixing too many different colors of lights can be a bit jarring as well.

Not bad for your first map. It's good to see there are still new map makers for this game. There isn't much to complain about but I will give you some suggestions that could improve your map.

I have a few things so I might have to break this into a couple parts because steam only allows 1000 characters per post, first you should add a LightMassImportance volume to your level, ensure it encompasses the entirety of the hallway. Adding a post process volume will make your light meshes look brighter and they will give off a proper glow. Adding lens flares to your lights would make them look better as well. Adding a reverb volume will add to the atmosphere.
