Rain Collector Always Collects Rain

This mod "turns on" the Rain Collector so it generates water no matter what.

I made this mod because I built up a pretty decent base for my skeleton squad in the Deadlands before realizing Acid Rain doesn't fill up the Rain Collectors...

The only line I changed was under Buildings > Functionality > rain collector
I changed the function node from the default BF_RAIN_COLLECTOR to BF_MINE

max operators was left at 0
world resource mining was left at NONE
This turns the Rain Collector into an automatic mine that generates water.
