Faster Turning And Gun Rack Speed

Description
This mod simply makes turning faster with the mouse movement. It will not increase turn speed with the WASD keys.

It also increases firearm rack speed, and very slightly increases pistol reload speed.

This makes turning more responsive, the slow turn speed has bugged me for the longest time.

This mod is essentially an edited and combed down version of [RAMPAGE] by EtherealShigure on steam. All credits go to the original author.

已测试，它只提升了非移动时的转向速度，也就是说仅在站在原地时才生效。而举枪则恰恰相反。
Tested.
It only increases the turning speed when not in motion,
that is to say, it only takes effect when standing still, and raising the gun is the opposite of this.
