Description
The QST30BE T4L is a low-emissions diesel switcher locomotive built by Knoxville Locomotive Works (KLW). These are refurbished locomotives bodies with a Cummins Ultra-Low Emitting single engine dropped in. This engine is certifed to the United States EPA tier 4 emissions requirements.

SEPTA ordered 5 of these switcher and took delivery between 2024 and 2025. This mod contains those units that were refurbished NRE 3GS21Bs (at least SPAX 92 & SPAX 93).
