Il Fiat 421 è un autobus italiano prodotto dal 1973 al 1983.

I Fiat 421 sono stati costruiti da diversi costruttori e sono stati realizzati in due versioni.
Questo tipo di autobus era stato concepito per operare sulle tratte altamente trafficate; venne ordinato, infatti, solamente nelle grandi città Italiane, come Roma, Milano, Palermo, Genova.

Era un mezzo per trasporto pesante, caratterizzato da un potente motore a 6 cilindri ed uno dei primi veicoli ad utilizzare il cambio automatico Fiat.
La longevità di questi autobus era di circa 20 anni: l'eccessivo consumo di carburante e la frenata non particolarmente eccellente ne decretarono le dismissioni rapidamente.

La versione della mod era in uso a Torino, Genova, Roma, Palermo e Bologna.

Fiat 421 busses were built by different manufacturers and were made in two versions.

This type of bus was designed to operate on highly trafficked routes; it was ordered, in fact, only in large Italian cities, such as Rome, Milan, Palermo, Genoa.
It was a heavy transport vehicle, using a powerful 6-cylinder engine and one of the first vehicles to use the Fiat automatic transmission
The longevity of these buses was around 20 years: excessive fuel consumption and bad braking performances led to their rapid disposal.

The version you're getting with this mod is the bus version that was used in Genoa, Turin, Rome, Palermo and Bologne.
