機率公式
A=> 你的當前技能上限
B=> 某次獲得該技能的經驗點數
機率=> (0.08 - A × 0.01) × (1 + 0.01 × B)

備註
0.08 為初始機率，可透過 PMP.xml進行修改。

Features
When a skill has already reached its current maximum cap, gaining experience in that skill has a chance to raise the cap further, up to a maximum of 5 stars.

Probability Formula
A=> Current skill cap
B=> Experience points gained in a single instance
Chance= (0.08 - A × 0.01) × (1 + 0.01 × B)

Notes
The base chance (`0.08`) can be customized in PMP.xml.
