Steal Unique Items

This mod does three things:
1. It makes all the unique character quest items able to be stolen after battle, such as Tyrion's Sunfang or Karl Franz's Silver Seal.
2. It increases the steal chance of items for the player significantly.
3. It gives all the different kinds of characters in the game permission to use these unique items.

I made this mod because I wanted more variety to my campaign and because I thought it would be fun to hunt down and collect as many items as possible.

Attention!
-Since you can steal the AI's unique items, they will also be able to steal yours. So be careful!

-AI lords tend to carry more items than their unique ones, so it is never guaranteed that you might steal the one you want!

-A lot of bonuses from these items are very faction specific, so some of them will be very useless in the hands of another faction (but it would still be very funny to see a random goblin wear Thorgrim Grudge-Bearer's crown even if he couldn't use it properly).

-With this mod the dwarfs will be able to find "arcane items" and will be able to use them as runes. This is an unavoidable side effect.

-All the item permissions have been assigned MANUALLY to all different kind of characters. This means if a new character or item is added to the game through a future DLC, this mod will need to be updated.

-Any character added through a mod will not be able to use any of these stolen items because they have not been given permission. A submod for these character would have to be made in order for them to be allowed.

-There are a lot of moving parts with this mod, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was incompatible with other mods. However I have been using this mod for some time now and found no game breaking issues.
