Description
  • This mod allows you to modify how much the shooting skill affects the cooldown (time between bursts) in Combat Extended
  • You can set concrete percentages from 10% to300% for the shooting skill levels 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20. The value inbetween are interpolated
  • Should be save to add or remove mid game

Dependencies
Combat Extended.

How to validate the mod behavior
  • Look at the cooldown stat of a ranged weapon (see screenshot)
  • See the changed cooldown stat
  • Tweak the settings to your liking in the mod menu

@BigGovernment I tried and I am successfully hooking into the right stat but I just don't see pawns attacking faster in the game... Sorry

Can melee skill be added for melee weapon cooldown?
