Cathode

Description
Cathode is a silly lil static guy who wants to be like the martial artists on TV

He's a tricksy character based off of a mechanic called Rewind and Replay.
His specials leave behind little static "rifts", after which you get two new options:
Rewind lets you return to that rift while doing any other action, with a brief delay.
Replay lets a copy repeat the move which created the rift (note: some replays may differ from the normal move)

Main inspirations: Bedman (GGXRD), The entire cast of Street Fighter III: Third Strike, very loosely Dogma from TBOI

Really good ideas in general while being original but just 2 lil problems to make it really a good character. Sound effects are really basics and meh and it really misses a cool and well animated bug super to make the player feel rewarded sometimes
